Two Cuties - Paul Newman and Tar on the "Hombre" set Tar designed "hip-hugger" pants and made them out of leather, Coors beer cans, tooled and astrology signs as belts.  He also made his pants out of drapery material with pockets inside for money and ID and 4 inch wide "gun belt" laced leather belts.  (shown here)
